Terms of Service
Bespoke Projects
All bespoke stationery projects require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due upon completion before shipment. Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
Timelines
Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and complexity. While we make every effort to meet projected timelines, the nature of handcrafted work means that adjustments may be necessary. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.
Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions after the initial design presentation. Additional revisions may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Shipping & Delivery
We carefully package all items for safe transit. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and insurance requirements. Once items leave our atelier, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, though we will assist with any claims process.
Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials presented remain the intellectual property of Stationery Solution Hub until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive full rights to the specific design created for their project.
